TradeMerit is launching New 99 cent ISF-10+2 Service

This new compliance service is offered to importers in order to help them meet compliance of US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) ISF-10+2 regulation.

The regulation requires importers to submit 10 data elements 24 hours prior to lading The ISF "10+2" regulations took effect on January 26, 2009. CBP is now in a period of "flexible enforcement" until January 26, 2010. During this time it will allow industry to comply with the new requirements of the rule.
